Data Collection and Logging

To optimize our website, we collect and store data such as the date and time of the page view, the page from which you accessed our site, and similar information. This is done anonymously, without identifying the user of the site personally. If necessary, user profiles are created using a pseudonym. Here, too, no connection is made between the natural persons behind the pseudonym and the collected usage data; we also use cookies to collect and store the usage data. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and serve to store statistical information such as operating system, your internet usage program (browser), IP address, the previously visited website (referrer URL), and the time. We collect this data exclusively for statistical purposes in order to further optimize our website and make our internet offerings even more attractive. Collection of Further Data

Unless you use the contact forms provided, no further data collection takes place. Insofar as you use a web form offered by us and provide us with personal data therein or if you contact us by e-mail, we will collect, process, and use your personal data solely for the purpose of processing your request.

Cookies

The internet pages partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not damage your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective, and secure. Cloudflare Turnstile

To protect our web forms from spam and automated access, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. In this process, technically necessary signals are processed to detect and defend against bots. This can include in particular the IP address, information about the browser and end device, the TLS fingerprint, as well as the sitekey used and the domain accessed. Processing is carried out to protect our website and forms from misuse.

Use of YouTube Plugins

We use, among others, the provider YouTube for the integration of videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with its principal place of business at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We use plugins from the provider YouTube on some of our internet pages. When you access the internet pages of our website provided with such a plugin – for example, our media library – a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plugin is displayed. This transmits to the YouTube server which of our internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plugin, such as clicking the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your YouTube user account and other user accounts of the companies YouTube LLC and Google Inc. and deleting the corresponding cookies of the companies before using our website. Right to Information and Revocation

You will receive information about your data stored with us at any time without giving reasons. You can have your data collected by us blocked, corrected, or deleted at any time.
