Bavarian quality since 1999
Inspired by the thick banks of fog and the associated greasy, sticky soils of the Danube plain in Swabian Aislingen, Josef Kerner developed a very unconventional plow attachment over two decades ago: the Schollencracker. Kerner Maschinenbau was founded as a family business on January 1, 1999. Today, production is still located in Aislingen, partly to create local jobs in the Swabian town. Today, Kerner is one of the leading companies for soil cultivation equipment. The permanent drive for innovation and the adherence to the values of carefully considered in-house development are also responsible for the fact that we constantly involve our customers on the path to new developments and products. We work close to practical application, identify problems early, and provide innovative solutions.
Agricultural technology by nature
Agriculture and agricultural technology have been part of our environment from the very beginning. The daily proximity to practice, the understanding of the challenges in the field, and the enthusiasm for rethinking existing solutions again and again laid the foundation.
The decisive starting signal was given in 2017 by the modular soil cultivation system VarioField. The innovative concept was presented to the public for the first time and became instantly known and awarded alongside developments from well-known agricultural machinery manufacturers. An idea simultaneously became the beginning of the history of DICKSON GmbH and is today part of DicksonKerner GmbH.

Dickson GmbH
The team at Dickson questions existing systems and, in doing so, reinvents many things completely. One example is the modular frame system, which allows farmers’ versatile needs to be realized simply and quickly. This is how the family business of founder Bernhard Dick (pictured right) became well-known.
Kerner Maschinenbau GmbH
For more than 25 years, Kerner Maschinenbau has been one of the leading manufacturers of agricultural machinery for tillage and seedbed preparation. With nearly 100 employees at its production facility in Aislingen, the innovation leader has earned a reputation on the market for uncompromising quality. Tobias Kerner (pictured left) succeeded his father as Managing Director of the family business.
